Watchpost Supportive Housing, LLC is a Georgia-formed company established in 2026. We are a new entity, and we say so plainly. What stands behind us is a decade-plus foundation in residential property management and the lived experience of a service-disabled veteran.

The principal
Watchpost Supportive Housing was founded by a service-disabled female veteran with more than a decade of hands-on residential property management experience. That foundation, spanning tenant screening, lease compliance, property maintenance, vendor management, and regulatory navigation, is the operational backbone Watchpost brings to veteran supportive housing.

As a newly established firm, Watchpost does not claim a history of program operations or a count of veterans served. Our past performance reflects the principal's individual professional experience in residential real estate.
